About Crescent HealthCare

Originally beginning as a private practice over 40 years ago, Laurie and Lindsay began working with patients over 23 years ago. In 2013, they purchased the practice and renamed it “Crescent Healthcare,” offering care for adults with acute and chorionic health issues.

7 years ago, Laurie and Linday decided to add weight loss care to their practice to improve their care for their patients. By offering services as both a primary care and weight loss clinic in Florence, Laurie, Lindsay, and the rest of our team tailor treatment plans so every patient lives a healthier, happier life.

Not Sure Where We Are?

While we are an established practice, we are gaining new patients every day, and we understand that it can be difficult knowing where you’re going.

We are one business, but we have two separate entrances at our medical and weight loss clinic in Florence. Whether you are receiving our medical or wellness services, we ask that you park at the east entrance or the entrance off Pine Street that is closest to the fence.

Our west entrance off Coit Street is for our staff only. To maintain the security and safety of both our patients and staff, we ask that you use the east patient entrance when arriving for your appointment.

About Laurie and Lindsay

Laurie and Lindsay both entered the healthcare industry because they enjoy seeing the transformations and improvements patients experience. They share a passion for wellness and decided to open a medical and weight loss clinic in Florence where they could provide expert care to their patients.

Our entire team consists of other providers who share Lindsay’s and Laurie’s passion for dedicated healthcare. Seeing our patients achieve their goals and improve their lives with better health is fulfilling work, and everyone on the Crescent Healthcare team is more than happy to do that work every day.
